What endorsements does this bundle cover?

Do I need ELDT if I got my CDL before February 7, 2022?
No. CDLs issued before February 7, 2022 are grandfathered and exempt from the ELDT requirement. Contact MN DVS if you're unsure whether your CDL qualifies for the exemption.
