Idaho Passenger ELDT – P Endorsement Training

You need Passenger ELDT if you're getting a P endorsement for the first time or upgrading from a lower class CDL. If your CDL was issued before February 7, 2022, you're grandfathered in and don't need ELDT. If you're adding the P endorsement to an existing CDL issued after that date, Idaho DMV requires FMCSA-approved training.
